Those fluffy things of the 20’s and 30’s certainly weren’t decorated with beads and braids, but the BOXES that held them were! Probably held over from the Faberge´ era, when HOW it was bejeweled could be a status symbol. Today, there are other ways, of course, but with pinks and whites, it’s fun to remember. Ours on a 3" hot pink ball, but yours could be on white, or EVEN red.
